David Mann KC will be responsible for overseeing U.S. business development, and Bob Taylor FCPA, FCA, will be responsible for overseeing U.S. operations. Mr. Mann is a lawyer and co-founder of a highly respected and successful business law firm, Blue Rock Law. Mr. Taylor is the Chief Financial Officer for the Bearspaw First Nation. Mr. Mann and Mr. Taylor’s combined 70 years of experience in business will be critical to RPLE’s ability to implement strategic, innovative policies and programs to leverage current U.S. market opportunities and successfully build a new, innovative business and service offering for its targeted customer base.

Mr. Mann, is the managing partner at Blue Rock Law and is a restructuring and insolvency lawyer who is equally at home in the boardroom and the courtroom. He regularly advises on all aspects of the credit cycle, from assisting clients with their own credit programs to protecting clients in their credit facilities, to assisting with other insolvency matters such as supply chain management and distress acquisitions.

Mr. Taylor is responsible for the financial oversight of the Bearspaw First Nation and its businesses. Bearspaw is involved in retail fuel sales, cardlock diesel sales, convenience stores, a Subway franchise, telecom and land development. Prior to joining Bearspaw, he was a partner at Deloitte LLP and a Senior Vice-President of Deloitte Restructuring Inc. up to his retirement. Mr. Taylor's focus while at Deloitte was providing restructuring and advisory services spanning a wide range of industries. He has significant experience in providing advice to creditors, debtors, CCAA/insolvency proceedings, business and operational reviews, receivership, and bankruptcies with a focus in real estate, oil & gas and mining.

Also key to RPLE’s establishment, leadership, and success are the U.S. management, professional and administrative staff that RPLE acquired from Rok Power. These RPLE employees will be primarily responsible for managing day-to-day business in the United States and supervising specialized service providers sent to customers' project sites.RPLE’s combination of new, dynamic ownership and seasoned industry experts will be instrumental to its initial and long-term success.
