RPLE is a specialized labour services provider within the U.S. power sector. It provides U.S. electrical contractors’ access to its growing roster of experienced, high-skilled, project-based powerline employees.
RPLE’s employees are fully trained, certified, and experienced in all aspects of high-voltage powerline construction (including distribution, transmission, underground, outage response, liveline, and substations).
We ensure all our employees have the skillsets and qualifications needed for high-stakes, labor-intensive projects that require scarce, specialized talent. We also maintain full employment responsibility for all our employees while assigned on customer projects.
RPLE’s customers are given turn-key service solutions to address widespread U.S. power sector labor shortages. Customers are given the flexibility to ‘man-up’ quickly as needed on select projects and/or project sequences.
